RULES & REGULATIONS

  1. The application form along with passport size photo & address proof should be submit on the date of joining, Late fees will be ₹. 100 per day.
  2. Rent should pay on or before the 5th of every month in cash only, Late fees will be ₹. 100 per day.
  3. 15 days prior notice should be given before vacating PG, & it’s compulsory that you have to live in PG for those 15 days, check out date should be on or before the 30th of every month before 9:00 PM.
  4. Vacating notice should be register in the leaving register. Verbal notice will not be accepted. The deposit will be refunded only if notice is registered before 15 days.
  5.  Deposit ₹. 3000/- maintenance charge of ₹. 1000/- will be deducted from the deposit and ₹. 2000/- will refund.
  6.  Paying guest should inform management while going on leave/outing from PG for more than 2 days.
  7. Paying guest should keep their valuables in cupboards & lockers, management is not responsible for any loss or theft.
  8.  Police verification should be done by paying guest only from “Hinjawadi Police Station” and has to
    submit copy to PG management within 7 days. If not, Management is not responsible for police verification process.

  10.  1st & 2nd floor flats are only for women, 3m rd and 4th floor flats are only for men. Opposite gender are not allowed to enter those flats, If found it will consider as misbehavior and management will ask the
    person to vacant the PG on the spot, Rent & deposit will not be refunded and ₹.5000/- penalty will be charged.
  11.  Suppose you want to continue your stay for montly basis and you have joined PG on 8/6/23 your 1st month will complete on 7/7/23, For July there are 31 days and you have paid for 7 days so remaining days 31-7= 24 days. Now monthly rent is ₹. “Rent amount” /30 = ₹. “X”. For those 24 days * ₹. “X” = ₹. “Final amount” /- rent should be paid on or before 5th of that month in cash only.
  12.  Incase after completion of 1st month, If you want extend your stay in number of days, Then ₹. 400 per day will be charged. Daily basis time will start from 11:00 AM to next day 11:00 AM.
  13.  Once you entered your name in leaving register you have to vacant the PG on that defined date. Any excuse will not be accepted.
  14.  If paying guest have any complaints (electrical, plumbing, cleaning, wi-fi, food, etc.) please make a note in the complaint register in the office.
  15. Outsiders will be not allowed without permission, outsiders should enter their name in the guest register and show valid id & address proof to the management. Guest accommodation charges ₹. 400/- per day.
  16.  Paying guest are not allowed to take breakfast, lunch & dinner in their room if found ₹. 1000/- will be charged.
  17.  Pillow cover ₹. 100/- , cupboard keys ₹. 200/-, bedsheet ₹. 300/- You should have to pay at the time of vacating, If you miss any of the above.

  19. Once the deposit, advance and rent amount is paid by the tenant, will not be return in any circumstances.
